Britannia 50-50 Sweet & Salty

The original sweet-and-salty cracker in Britannia's 50-50 range, on shelf since 1993. The declaration quantifies sugar at 18% and iodised salt at 0.8%, over refined wheat flour and a palmolein and palm oil blend, with yeast, acidity regulators and a dough conditioner. It is the only biscuit in this file whose declaration names both a sugar and a salt percentage, which makes it unusually easy to reason about once its panel is filled. Britannia publishes the pack's nutrition panel only as an image; that image has now been read and the nine values below are the pack's own.
