The pack panel gives 500 kcal, 6.8 g protein, 69.1 g carbohydrate of which 20.4 g sugars and 19.8 g added sugars, and 21.8 g fat of which 10.9 g saturated, with 223 mg sodium per 100 g. The gap between the butter in the name and the 0.5% in the declaration is the kind of fact this comparison exists to surface.
